We start with a free 60-minute online consultation where I’ll explain how hypnotherapy can support your specific experience with obsessive thoughts and compulsive patterns.
You’ll also have time to ask questions and decide if you’d like to book a hypnotherapy session (either online or in-person).
Hypnotherapy Sessions
After booking your first appointment, you’ll receive a preparatory audio recording to help you settle in and get the most out of your work together.
Rather than analysing every uncomfortable thought, our sessions focus on developing healthier thinking and behavioural responses.
We will identify situations and patterns that escalate compulsions and anxiety, and build practical strategies to help you respond with greater ease and clarity.
Most clients seeking treatment for OCD tend to get notable improvements within 8-12 sessions, depending on how ingrained the patterns are.
