How Hypnotherapy Can Help With ADHD

ADHD can show up as distractibility, difficulty focusing, restlessness, procrastination, impulsivity, or a constant sense of mental overload.

Many people also struggle with organisation, time management, emotional regulation, and maintaining motivation.

These challenges occur because the brain processes attention, stimulation, and executive functioning differently, not because of laziness or lack of ability.

Hypnotherapy Sessions: What to Expect

Free Initial Consultation

The process starts with a free 60-minute online consultation where I will walk you through how hypnotherapy can help with common ADHD symptoms relating to concentration, motivation, distractibility, and overwhelm.

You’ll be able to ask questions and make a decision about booking your first hypnotherapy session with me (online or in-person).

Hypnotherapy Sessions

Once your first session is booked, you’ll receive my pre-treatment audio recording to help you prepare and support ongoing progress between sessions.

Instead of focusing on frustrations or past struggles, our work centres on your strengths and the changes you want to make.

We’ll explore patterns that affect focus and organisation, and together build strategies to enhance motivation, structure, and meaningful improvement.

On average, clients see helpful changes over around 8-12 sessions, depending on how long challenges have been present.
