I’ve witnessed first-hand how hypnotherapy has the power to transform lives.
I’m Ingrid Radford, a registered clinical hypnotherapy student practitioner & mental health first aid champion with 350+ hours of therapy time.
I am set to graduate in June 2025 with a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and also the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD).
I am enrolled at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT), one of the UK’s most respected hypnotherapy training bodies.
I have chosen to specialise in anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, trauma & depression upon my graduation.
Clinical hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-based approach that combines the best aspects of hypnosis, psychotherapy, NLP, and neuroscience.
I offer sessions at my practice in the Chilterns Neuro Centre in Wendover, Buckinghamshire or online via Zoom.
I’m fully insured & Enhanced DBS checked.

Why I Became A Hypnotherapist
Unlike traditional therapy, which may dwell on problems of the past, modern clinical hypnotherapy techniques concentrate on a positive future outcome.
It is a powerful method to rewire negative thought patterns and behaviours, enabling you to embrace positive changes in your life.
I am passionate about using this remarkable tool as it can help people like you break through barriers, release limiting beliefs, and truly thrive.
My Overall Philosophy
I have always believed that within each of us lies untapped potential—hypnotherapy unlocks that potential and allows you to reframe your thinking, build resilience, and achieve your dreams.
Whether you choose to have sessions in person with me or online via Zoom, I ensure that you feel at ease and supported every step of the way.
