It all starts with a free 60-minute initial consultation, where I explain how hypnotherapy works and gather key information to better understand your personal experience with menopause.

At the end of this initial consultation, I’ll send you my relaxation audio MP3 to help prepare you for your first hypnotherapy session the following week.

During each hypnotherapy session, I will gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state, allowing your subconscious mind to absorb positive, empowering suggestions specifically designed to ease menopause symptoms.

On average, menopause hypnotherapy takes 5-8 sessions. At the end of your final session, you’ll keep my relaxation audio & helpful ‘menopause support’ pdf.
