Why You Feel Anxious & What You Can Do
Anxiety often shows up as racing thoughts, fear, panic or a constant sense of worry.
Whether it’s general anxiety, social anxiety, or driving anxiety, it can affect how you think, feel, and respond in everyday situations.
We feel anxious when our brain perceives a threat (real or imagined) and activates the body’s stress response, even when there’s no actual danger present.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful therapeutic tool that allows me to work with your subconscious, the part of the mind responsible for these automatic stress responses.
Using well-established techniques, sessions are designed to help reduce anxiety and build a greater sense of calm and control.

Hypnotherapy Sessions: What to Expect
Free Initial Consultation
It all starts with a free 60-minute initial consultation (online), where I explain how hypnotherapy works and gather key information to better understand your personal challenges with anxiety.
At the end of your consultation, you’ll have the chance to ask me questions and book your first hypnotherapy session (in-person or online).
Hypnotherapy Sessions
Once you have booked your first session, you will receive my pre-treatment audio recording to help you prepare for your hypnotherapy session and reinforce the ongoing therapeutic work we will be doing together.
During the therapy, we won’t be delving into negative past experiences. Instead, we will focus on positive outcomes and changes you want for yourself.
We will identify the triggers that heighten your stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Together, we’ll create effective strategies to help you manage those moments, becoming calmer and more confident.
On average, it takes 6-12 sessions to tackle anxiety-based conditions, depending on the condition and how deeply rooted the issue is.
