We start with a free 60-minute online consultation, where we talk through your driving anxiety, I’ll explain how hypnotherapy works, and answer any questions you may have.
There’s no pressure, just a clear conversation about whether this feels right for you.
At the end, you can choose to book your first hypnotherapy session (online or in-person) with me.
Hypnotherapy Sessions
Before your first hypnotherapy session, you’ll receive a short audio recording to help you prepare and get the most from our sessions together.
During sessions, we focus on helping you feel calmer, more confident, and less reactive to driving situations that currently trigger anxiety.
There’s no need to relive negative experiences or push yourself into difficult driving situations. You remain fully aware and in control throughout, as we work in a calm, structured way to change how your mind responds.
We’ll identify what triggers your driving anxiety and build simple, effective strategies to help you feel more comfortable and confident behind the wheel.
