We start with a free 60-minute online consultation. We’ll talk through your fear of flying, I’ll explain how hypnotherapy works, and you can ask any questions.
There’s no pressure, just a clear conversation about whether this feels right for you.
At the end, you can choose to book your first hypnotherapy session (online or in-person) with me.
Hypnotherapy Sessions
Before your first hypnotherapy session, you’ll receive a short audio recording to help you prepare and get the most from our sessions together.
During sessions, we focus on helping you feel calmer, more in control, and less reactive to flying triggers such as takeoff, turbulence, or feeling confined.
There’s no need to relive negative experiences or expose yourself to flying. You remain fully aware and in control throughout, as we work in a calm, structured way to change how your mind responds.
We’ll identify what triggers your anxiety and build simple, effective strategies to help you stay steady and in control.
Fear of flying is typically improved in 3–5 sessions, depending on how deeply rooted it is.
