Becoming a case study volunteer

From time to time, as part of my ongoing clinical hypnotherapy training, I require volunteers to participate in my case studies.

Case study participants will receive 4-6 free hypnotherapy sessions (either face-to-face or online).

What You’ll Gain as a Volunteer

Free Hypnotherapy Sessions: Experience tailored 1-2-1 sessions that focus on your specific goals and challenges.

Supportive Guidance: Work with me, Ingrid Radford, in a compassionate and safe environment where you can explore solutions to anxiety, phobias, or smoking cessation.

Progress Tracking: Monitor your progress over a series of sessions, helping you gain deeper insights into the benefits of hypnotherapy.

Who Can Volunteer?

Anxiety, Stress, and Self-Doubt

Those struggling with anxiety, stress, and self-doubt are seeking to retrain their mind to handle stressors more effectively.

PTSD and Depression

If you’re experiencing symptoms of PTSD or depression that impact your daily life, and you are open to exploring hypnotherapy.

Irrational Fears or Phobias.

Anyone with an irrational fear or phobia that limits their ability to enjoy life fully, such as fear of heights, animals, or public speaking.

What’s Involved?

Each case study involves a series of hypnotherapy sessions over a set timeframe that we will agree on in advance. Sessions are conducted in a supportive, confidential setting and can take place either in person or online.

Your experiences and results will help to demonstrate the effectiveness of hypnotherapy for various issues. While notes and outcomes from each session will be documented, all information will be kept confidential, and your name will be anonymised for study purposes.
