Quit Smoking Session: What to Expect

During our 2-hour single session, I’ll first gather some background information from you to better understand your relationship with smoking.

We won’t just look at the downsides of smoking or vaping during our session. We’ll also focus on the positives of quitting: improved health, more energy, saving money, and the impact on your loved ones.

I will then slowly guide you into a relaxed state where your subconscious mind can take in several positive suggestions that I will make relating to smoking.
