Why You Feel Anxious & What You Can Do
Anxiety often shows up as racing thoughts, panic, difficulty relaxing, or a constant sense of worry.
Stress, on the other hand, can make you feel drained, physically exhausted, and emotionally worn out.
We feel anxious when our brain perceives a threat (real or imagined) and activates the body’s stress response, preparing us to react, even when there’s no actual danger present.

Hypnotherapy Sessions: What to Expect
Free Initial Consultation
It all starts with a free 60-minute initial consultation, where I explain how hypnotherapy works and gather key information to better understand your personal challenges with anxiety and stress.
At the end of your consultation, you’ll have the chance to ask me questions and book your first hypnotherapy session.
Hypnotherapy Sessions
Once you have booked your first session, you will receive my pre-treatment audio recording to help you prepare for your hypnotherapy session and reinforce the ongoing therapeutic work we will be doing together.
During the therapy, we won’t be delving into negative past experiences. Instead, we will focus on positive outcomes and changes you want for yourself, finding solutions that would help you move forward and achieve your goals.
We will identify the triggers that heighten your stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Together, we’ll create effective strategies to help you manage those moments, becoming calmer and more confident.
On average, it takes 6-12 sessions to tackle anxiety based conditions. Sometimes more, depending on the condition and how deeply rooted tissue the issue.
