Hypnotherapy Sessions: What to Expect
Free Initial Consultation
It all starts with a free 60-minute initial consultation (online), where I explain how hypnotherapy works and gather key information to better understand your specific fear or phobia.
At the end of your consultation, you’ll have the chance to ask me questions and book your first hypnotherapy session (in-person or online).
Hypnotherapy Sessions
Once you have booked your first session, you will receive my pre-treatment audio recording to help you prepare for your hypnotherapy session and reinforce the ongoing therapeutic work we will be doing together.
Every phobia therapy session I will conduct is specifically tailored to your unique phobia, such as fear of flying, driving, spiders, water, or heights.
For me, what makes hypnotherapy stand out from traditional talking therapies is that it does not require exposure to the source of your fear; we let your subconscious mind do all the heavy lifting!
Instead, the process is non-invasive and calming. We’ll work on building your inner resilience and strength, helping to gradually reduce the intensity of your fear so that it becomes more manageable.
On average, it takes 3-5 sessions to address a single phobia (such as fear of driving, flying, water, or heights), depending on how deeply rooted it is.
